Sure do! My favourite is from What to eat when you can’t eat anything by Chupi and Luke Sweetman. The full details are over here in the comments section (scroll down until you find it).

I prefer homemade pizza like everyone else, especially the Napoli style thin based pizza. I can help you if you are searching pizza ovens for sale.

I'm so happy to have found this site! I did a search for La Brea Bakery & Yeast - and here I am getting what I wanted to find very quickly - Wow - great stuff!

I will say this - I am inspired by La Brea Bakery - for food, as a business and Nancy Silverton is a legend - with books, a bakery, a restaurant and the fact that she maintained her integrity and the value of her line of products by holding out (not for the money!) but for the process to come to the point where she could ship bread dough without compromising her recipe for success.

OK - but forgetting that for now at least - I love their Olive & Rosemary bread - with the rosemary sprigs sticking out and the olives embedded in the crust this is the happiest loaf of bread I've ever consumed. When in Los Angeles I go get some!

But I live in Iowa - and I crave these types of breads and the ones I get when in Europe - so I've found this site and I'm looking for information, enlightenment, guidance, coaching...'cuz I've got to start making my own.

I just purchased a grain mill and some wheat - and a couple of books on the subject of baking whole grain breads and other food.

So I guess it's no accident I found this site - I'm happy to say!
